• Scrutiny:
  • Brock, 2021, Kirby 1904 transferred the sp to Paraclitumnus [as filiformis] Herbst. In the 1794 copy of Fuessely text is on p.172 (French translation), pl. 51: 2-3, but Kirby refers to the original Fuessely 1786, p.187 as the 'description' which has now been traced -- it appears that Kirby considered it a valid species which happened to be named filiformis before other authors used filiformis for other species.
